• Fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRESTAQ LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wirestaq LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
