Terms of Use

Terms governing use of the Wirestaq website.

Last updated August 5, 2026

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of wirestaq.com (the “Website”), operated by Wirestaq LLC (“Wirestaq,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.

Website purpose

The Website provides general information about Wirestaq and its operational engineering, software, automation, integration, and related services. Website content is informational and does not constitute a binding offer, technical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of availability or results.

Client engagements

A website inquiry, workflow review, discussion, estimate, or proposal does not by itself create a client relationship or require either party to proceed.

Any services we agree to provide will be governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, order form, or other signed document. If a project agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

Permitted use

You may use the Website for lawful business and informational purposes. You may not:

  • Use the Website in violation of applicable law or another person’s rights
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, systems, accounts, or data
  • Interfere with the Website’s security, availability, or operation
  • Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, or excessive requests
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
  • Copy, scrape, or republish Website content in a way that infringes our rights or materially burdens the Website
  • Use Wirestaq’s name, logo, or branding without authorization

We may restrict or block access when reasonably necessary to protect the Website, our systems, or others.

Intellectual property

The Website and its content—including text, design, graphics, branding, logos, and code—are owned by Wirestaq or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted. Client deliverables and project intellectual property are governed by the applicable project agreement.

Feedback and communications

If you send suggestions or general feedback about the Website or our services, you permit us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not give us ownership of your confidential business information or materials; confidentiality obligations, if any, must be established in a separate written agreement.

Third-party services and links

The Website may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party availability, content, security, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRESTAQ DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that its content will always be complete or current.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRESTAQ AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIRESTAQ’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations, so parts of these sections may not apply to you.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wirestaq and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

Before filing a claim, each party agrees to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by written notice. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief where appropriate.

Changes to the Website or Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Website and may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
